Fringe Review *** Eaten ***

This show is about a lion who wants to a vegetarian. It is acted by 2 performers, both of whom make up several puppets; they strongly encouraged some audience members to come on stage and went into a large lion costume at different times.

It is very funny, suitable for all ages, and educational in the sense that it discusses the food chain, human anatomy and health.  Although the show was unrealistic in parts, and not fully entertaining for all adults, the performers made sure to involve the whole audience by allowing people to ask questions, giving out a questionnaire at the end, advertising other family friendly shows on the storytelling centre, and teaching how to stay healthy, moral, and eco-friendly when it comes to choosing what to eat.

I would recommend it to anyone, especially those in favour of changing their diet for ethical or environmental reasons.
