What is Steering Group?
When get2gether was born in 2013, Steering Group was born! The Steering Group meets every 6-8 weeks and is hybrid – meaning you can attend both at Thistle Foundation and online (on zoom).
These are the dates for 2024:
Meetings will be held on Thursdays, from 3.00 pm – 5.00 pm in the Cherry Room at Thistle and online.

- 21st November – AGM from 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Steering Group used to exclusively in-person but during the pandemic we had to go online and it has resulted in some exciting changes! Our AGM was also hybrid in 2022 (find our AGM videos here filmed and hosted by Reluctant Penguin).
All the time members have spent organizing, attending, volunteering, and advocating for what you wish to see from get2gether has resulted in ten AMAZING years of love and friendship. Steering Group is an important place where members can bring anything that matters to them.
