! RELATIONSHIP SPOTLIGHT !

When did you meet?
Lewis: Me & Amanda met in 2017 through Edinburgh College. I was at Milton Road & Amanda was at Dalkeith college.
Amanda: We had mutual friends and we all hang out at get2gether discos together.
What do you like about each other?
Lewis: I like Amanda’s sense of humour and that I can easily wind her up.
Amanda: We like each other’s sense of humour, & that we have the same interests – football, The Karate Kid Movies and COBRA KAI Netflix series.
Favourite moments in your relationship?
Lewis: Playing football at The Spartans Connections FC training and league days etc, having a laugh together. We like to watch films and gaming together, and watching live football on tv.
Amanda: Yeah, and listening to music together. I love going out for meals to different places – Toby Carvery is our favourite place to go for a meal.
How would you describe your partner?
Lewis: I would describe Amanda as funny, cute, helpful, sociable, easy to get along with
Amanda: Lewis is Amazing, he always puts a smile on my face and winds me up all the time
How does coming to get2gether support your relationship?
Lewis: Coming along to Get 2 GETHER is fun as we see our friends we haven’t seen for a while. It’s good fun and we enjoy the different music as well. We like the banter there as well
Amanda: We like seeing friends we don’t see often and having a laugh. We enjoy listening to good music in the background & having a few cold drinks. It’s good, always something to look forward to each time there is an event on.
What does the future hold?
Lewis: In the future we’re gonna be happy and continue doing what makes us happy being together playing football, cinema visits , going out for meals and being happy in general.
Amanda: Having a laugh, gaming together, listening to music , watching movies & tv series we really like & going on days out together. It’s the longest relationship we’ve ever had for both of us as well – we’ve never been more happy .
